Safe Haven Essence

In life sometimes it is difficult to let go and drop old worn out ideas, feelings and, beliefs. There can be a fear that without my attachments to my safe way of living, life can be hard and difficult.  You tend to take refuge in your old ways and patterns, not leaving space for new ideas, guidance and intuition to enter. You believe that this is a safe way of living yet you find it hard to muster up strength, courage and power in your everyday life and relationships.

Safe Haven is about creating a deep inner connection with your true essence, by smoothing out the inner turbulence that is created by fear of lack, and purpose.  Safe Haven creates a space within where there is always enough and you begin to understand that your needs are always met in the world once you connect and feel safe, secure and satisfied within. How this looks externally is that the old thoughts, beliefs and feelings begin to fall away, as you let them go.
